To realize cost reduction with water charges
Tap water is used as washing water and cooling water during manufacturing at the chemical plant and as water for domestic use within the facility. However, there is limitation with saving water, and the cost has become as much as 20% of the expenses of the company.
Is it possible to realize reduction of the running costs by securing water of the tap water level using industrial water since industrial water service has recently started in the area around the site?
It will be solved with our membrane module. Our membrane modules use highly hydrophilic cellulose acetate as the material of membrane, and also use the materials with high permeability and unique characteristics which are stable and resistant to long-term use.
It depends on the area of installation and the environment, however we have achieved the reduced cost by 70% using industrial water instead of tap water.
