1969 Started manufacturing and sales of PEARLCOMB (rigid porous bodies made of synthetic resin) by the Synthetic Resin Division of Daicel Corporation
1973 Strengthened sales of PEARLCOMB through a business tie-up with Central Filter Mfg. Co., Ltd.
1975 Started sales of MOLSEP (reverse osmosis membrane/ultrafiltration membrane product) with the establishment of the Membrane Business Promotion Department of Daicel Corporation.
1979 Started manufacturing and sales of reverse osmosis membrane systems for artificial dialysis by the Membrane Business Promotion Department of Daicel Chemical Industries, Ltd.
1984 Established “Central Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd.,” specializing in maintenance of water treatment systems for hospitals
1985 Reorganized and strengthened manufacturing and sales of MOLSEP products and PEARLCOMB products under the Separation Systems Division
1993 Achieved adoption of PEARLCOMB products, which are certified for use by the Japan Sewage Works Agency, at more than 400 sewage treatment plants.
1994 Established DAICEN MEMBRANE-SYSTEMS Ltd.
1995 Strengthened manufacturing and sales of MOLSEP products, various filter products for industrial purposes and PEARLCOMB products. Started manufacturing and sales of Molpure.
1997 Received certification for the Membrane Module for Drinking Water Use from the Evaluation Committee for Drinking Water Membrane Modules.
Sakai Works acquired certification for Quality System ISO9002 (Japan Quality Assurance Organization JQA-1577).
2000 Sakai Works acquired certification for Quality System ISO9001 (Japan Quality Assurance Organization JQA-1577).
2002 Sakai Works acquired certification for Environmental Management System ISO14001 (Japan Quality Assurance Organization JQA-EM0785).
2003 Started manufacturing and sales of “Dioxin wastewater concentration systems” and “Car wash wastewater recycling systems.”
2005 Sakai Works moved to Himeji City, and the name was changed to Aboshi Works.
2006 Aboshi Works acquired certification for Environmental Management System ISO14001 (Japan Quality Assurance Organization JQA-EM1229).
2007 Ultrafine air bubble membrane diffuser of PEARLCOMB acquired the Construction Technology Review and Certification by the Japan Institute of Wastewater Engineering and Technology
2010 MOLSEP fiber received the Biomass Mark certification from the Japan Organics Recycling Association
Started sales of E mizu Shower System
2011 Medical Sales Department of Tokyo Headquarters acquired certification for Quality Management System ISO13485 for medical devices
2014 Hachioji Works merged with Aboshi Works.
