    Two models are available: the HP model, which uses purified-grade water, and the simple DM model.
    You can choose according to your desired water quality.

    Our dialysis water purifying apparatuses, which are the basis of the development of the HP model, have been installed at medical sites in Japan at more than 1,000 locations. Widely used and trusted throughout the medical industry.
    The DM model was developed based on the E mizu Shower System patented as a compact water sprinkling system for outdoor units.

    Highly Purified Water Model

    Pretreatment + Water softener + RO membrane
    + UF membrane

    We have released water purifying apparatuses for artificial dialysis for industrial use. The UF membrane module installed at the latter stage of the RO membrane module removes pyrogens and endotoxins to supply safe water (LRV5 or higher). Recommended for producing water for medical raw material production and laboratory water.
    The water quality conforms to the Standards for Purified Water of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia; the RO series can be designed to achieve conductivity of 2.1 μS/cm or less and 95% reduction of endotoxins.*

    DM models

    Demineralized Water Model

    Pretreatment + RO membrane

    Reliably removes impurities ionized by the RO membranes. Removes hardness components from raw water with a minimal system configuration. Ideal not only for working with manufacturing equipment like a boiler and sprayers, where scale buildup is likely during water supply, but also for removing minerals to make it easier for additives to dissolve in extraction solutions and solvents.
    The simple structure reduces introduction costs. No chemicals are needed, and running costs are low.

    Optional Specifications

    • Reuse of concentrated wastewater by adding UF membranes

      The UF membrane module purifies the water concentrated by the RO membrane module to return it to the feed water tank. About 30% of tap water is saved.

    • Adding UF membranes to pretreatment

      Adding a UF membrane module before the water softener extends the expected service life of the RO membrane module.

    • Adding a hot water disinfection function

      The system has heat resistance, which allows for hot water disinfection within the dotted line area.

    • Adding an EDI/Ion exchange tower

      Adding an EDI or Ion exchange tower after the RO water tank further enhances the water quality.

    • Raw water tank

      The DM-400/600/800 does not include a raw water tank. If necessary, we can install it as an optional service. The DM-1000/2000 includes it as standard.
